About SPARK Newberg

SPARK Newberg is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in rural Newberg, Oregon created to expand pathways to stable housing and eventual homeownership for local workforce households earning below 80% of area median income. In a city of 26,000 residents with a high rate of severe rent burden, our mission is to ensure that people who teach, heal, manufacture, and care for neighbors can afford to live here and put down roots.
